After getting over the inital shock of having a baby sister (not just a photograph we called "Theresa"), and all the
fuss made by her and about her, Nathaniel has come to accept and begrudgingly like Theresa. He wants to point out her
nose, eyes, ears, feet, hair, etc and he even enjoys holding her (highly supervised). He is a real helper when we need
him to be, and even throws away her dirty diapers in the trashcan, and brings us her pacifier, bag of diapers, etc. when asked.
On the rare occassions that we don't come running at her cry, he alerts us to her needs by fake crying loudly himself
and going back and forth to her. Nathaniel is very interested in her feeding tube and pump, but knows they are a "no-no!"
and will tell you "no" if he gets too close to them. We can't wait until they are old enough to actually play together!
